Its centerpiece is the Mukaab, a 400-metre cube — one of the world's largest built structures — wrapping some two million square metres of retail, residential, hotel, cultural, and immersive digital-experience space around a vast interior atrium. The wider district is planned to add tens of thousands of homes alongside hotels, offices, a museum, a technology hub, and green public realm, anchoring a walkable, car-lite quarter aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
