Nora Apartments

Nora Apartments is a 12-story, 350-residence rental building on North Railroad Avenue in West Palm Beach's Nora District, the 40-acre adaptive-reuse neighborhood being redeveloped by NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital between Palm Beach Lakes and Quadrille boulevards, west of Dixie Highway and east of the Florida East Coast Railway. Designed by CUBE 3 with Morris Adjmi Architects, the roughly 442,750-square-foot building is the district's first ground-up residential project, mixing one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with loft-style residences and three-story townhomes with private garages above about 18,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. Fifty-two of the 350 homes are set aside as income-restricted workforce housing, making the building a mixed-income anchor for a district otherwise pitched at the luxury end of the West Palm Beach market. Roughly 65,000 square feet of amenities include a fifth-floor pool terrace, a rooftop fitness wing, a cold-plunge pool, two pickleball courts, coworking space, a summer kitchen and lounge, and a dog-run terrace.
