Its tulip-inspired silhouette, a nod to Turkey's national flower, houses a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel, 236 Hilton-managed condo-hotel residences, 163 private Sky Residences and Class A office floors. Residents and guests share more than 80,000 square feet of amenities, including pools, a spa and wellness center, restaurants and panoramic skyline and Biscayne Bay views. One of the tallest towers on Miami's skyline, Okan Tower anchors the rapidly densifying downtown core.
