Okan Tower is a 902-foot, 72-story mixed-use supertall rising at 555 North Miami Avenue in the Park West district of downtown Miami, developed by Turkish-owned Okan Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners. Its tulip-inspired silhouette — a nod to Turkey's national flower — houses a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel, 236 Hilton-managed condo-hotel residences, 163 private Sky Residences and Class-A office floors. Residents and guests share more than 80,000 square feet of amenities, including pools, a spa and wellness center, restaurants and panoramic skyline and Biscayne Bay views. One of the tallest towers on Miami's skyline, Okan Tower anchors the rapidly densifying downtown core.
