The Olde Naples Hotel is a 109-room luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Olde Naples, a block from the Gulf beaches and steps from the boutiques and cafés of the Third Street South district. Part of the Opal Collection and designed by Hart Howerton with local architecture by Nichols Architects, the low-rise property draws its architectural language from the original 1889 Naples Hotel that once stood on the site, pairing an old-Florida, residential sensibility with warm contemporary interiors. Guest rooms and suites are arranged across intimate garden buildings, while the amenity program centers on a rooftop pool ringed by shaded cabanas, a full-service spa and fitness center, and Annie's — a ground-floor bistro, bar and bakery. The result is a walkable, design-forward retreat that reintroduces a storied hospitality name to one of Naples' most cherished neighborhoods.
