One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12) is a 23-story, 245-foot residential tower delivering 372 fully furnished and finished residences in the heart of Miami's Historic Overtown — at the crossroads of Park West and the Arts & Entertainment District. The collection spans studios, one-bedrooms, and a limited group of one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes, all approved for short-term rental flexibility. Architecture by CUBE 3 with design by Cotofana Designs draws on the area's cultural and architectural heritage while introducing a modernist, storied glamour to the streetscape. Residences feature integrated kitchens with Miele appliances and Italkraft cabinetry, custom countertops and backsplashes, built-out closets, custom shades, modern bathroom fixtures, and integrated washer/dryer systems. Amenities include a rooftop garden and pool with lounge areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, curated art installations, smart-building technology, an elegant lobby, and house cruiser bikes with storage.
