About the project

One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12) is a 23-story, 372-unit residential tower rising on Northwest Eleventh Terrace in Miami's Historic Overtown. Developed by Property Markets Group with Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development, and designed by CUBE 3 with interiors by Cotofana Designs, the short-term-rental-friendly building offers fully furnished studios, one-bedrooms, and one- to three-bedroom townhomes. Residents share a rooftop garden and pool deck, a fitness center, curated art installations, and a smart-building system. The ground floor is anchored by Vibe BBQ, a restaurant and lounge concept from James Beard Award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson. The tower is built by general contractor John Moriarty & Associates.
