Rising 37 stories in Downtown Miami's Park West district, the short-term-rental-friendly tower delivers 483 fully furnished condominiums ranging from junior suites to three-bedroom residences, developed by Property Markets Group with Lion Development Group, Eden Residential and Sterling Equities and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. Fusing festival culture with resort-style living, it pairs a ground-floor Palm Tree Crew dining and nightlife venue with a rooftop beach club, infinity pool, padel court, golf simulator, and spa and wellness facilities in the heart of Miami.
