Park Hyatt Riviera Maya marks the first all-inclusive resort in the history of Hyatt's ultra-luxury Park Hyatt brand, located on a secluded stretch of Mexico's Caribbean coastline between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, roughly 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport and adjacent to the Waldorf Astoria. The resort sits within AMAI, a private coastal enclave reached through a winding mangrove landscape, and offers 148 rooms and suites ranging from about 559 to 2,303 square feet, with private-pool and plunge-pool categories and a top-tier penthouse of roughly 2,300 square feet, all sold at a single all-inclusive nightly rate. Seven a la carte restaurants and bars anchor the food program, led by the beachfront Yucatecan seafood restaurant IK'AL and The Botanist cocktail bar, with no buffet on property and wine included in the rate. Additional amenities include a beachfront pool with private cabanas, the Nayade Spa and Wellness with an open-air spa garden, a full fitness center, and preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course. The property is owned by Parks Hospitality Holdings, which also owns Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, and its design draws on regionally sourced materials, traditional Mexican construction and craft techniques, and works by Yucatan-based artists and artisans.
