Pendry Punta Mita

Pendry Punta Mita is a beachfront luxury resort and branded residence rising on about 30 acres inside the gated 1,500-acre Punta Mita peninsula on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit. Developed by Montage International with Mexican developer DINE and LCA Capital, the resort is designed by Sordo Madaleno, whose layered terraces and shaded indoor-outdoor rooms open the buildings toward the Pacific, with interiors by Studio Munge and landscape architecture by EDSA weaving native planting between the architecture and the sand. The program pairs 125 guestrooms and suites with 32 fully serviced Pendry Residences overlooking the La Lancha surf break, one of the coast's best known waves. Guests and owners share Spa Pendry, a resort pool, a rooftop bar and multiple restaurants, along with the brand's Compass sports center, meeting and event spaces and the Paintbox children's program, all set beside its sister resort, Montage Punta Mita, on the same stretch of Bahia de Banderas.
