Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach is an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium at 1671 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, rising behind the historic Sagamore Hotel at the eastern end of Lincoln Road in the heart of South Beach. Developed by Sobe Sky Development, a partnership of Flag Luxury Group, Ben-Josef Group and Lionstone Development, with architecture by Kobi Karp, interiors by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge and landscape design by Naturalficial, the boutique 15-story tower offers just 30 custom beach house residences, including two duplex penthouses with private rooftop pools, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot ceilings and wraparound terraces. The project restores the Sagamore and reimagines it as an intimate 55-room Ritz-Carlton hotel, replacing the property's detached five-story cabana building with the new residential tower and pool deck. More than 50,000 square feet of amenities include a lap pool with cabanas, a screening room, a Technogym fitness center and dining curated with Michelin-starred chef José Andrés.
