Rivani Miami Beach

RIVANI Miami Beach is a Class A office and retail redevelopment at 1691 Michigan Avenue, a block north of Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, reimagined by Robert Rivani's Black Lion. A limestone veneer facade with integrated light sconces replaces the building's original stucco, and Rockwell Group reworked the interiors into a hospitality-grade workplace. Tenant amenities run to full-service concierge and valet, a spa and wellness center with a meditation room, an omakase restaurant, a speakeasy, living-room-style meeting lounges and private event space. Playboy anchors the building with its global headquarters in a penthouse suite.
