Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Space Copenhagen, it anchors The Parkside Seoul, a mixed-use district pairing luxury residences with commercial and performing-arts space. Guest amenities are led by an Asaya wellness floor and a substantial events and banqueting programme, with the tower's Noksapyeong-daero frontage placing it on one of the city's principal thoroughfares.
