Royal Caribbean HQ

Royal Caribbean Group's new global headquarters is a 10-story, roughly 350,000-square-foot office building rising at PortMiami on the southwest edge of the Port of Miami in downtown Miami, Florida. Designed by architecture firm HOK and built by Plaza Construction, the LEED-targeted tower anchors an expanded waterfront campus for around 3,000 South Florida employees. It pairs collaborative and training workspaces with landscaped green terraces, wellness and fitness amenities, and sweeping views of the Miami skyline and cruise harbor, and is complemented by a new multi-level parking garage and modernized adjacent office buildings along Caribbean Way.
