Royal Caribbean HQ

Royal Caribbean Group's new global headquarters, known internally as Project Skyline, is a 10-story, roughly 495,000-square-foot office building rising at PortMiami on the southwest edge of the Port of Miami in downtown Miami, Florida. Designed by architecture firm HOK and built by Plaza Construction, the LEED-targeted building sits between the company's existing offices at 1050 and 1080 Caribbean Way and anchors an expanded waterfront campus for around 3,000 South Florida employees. Plans call for nearly 1,500 workstations, a 600-seat auditorium, an event center, a large cafeteria and a 25,000-square-foot fitness and amenities center, alongside landscaped green terraces and sweeping views of the Miami skyline and cruise harbor. Historical displays drawn from employee-donated memorabilia will tell the story of the company's more than 50 years in cruising, and a new 1,400-space parking garage with 140 electric vehicle spaces and modernized adjacent office buildings complete the campus.
