About the project

Terminal G is a $345 million dedicated cruise terminal for Royal Caribbean Group at PortMiami in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Designed by Perez & Perez Architects & Planners and delivered design-build by the Lemartec–NV2A Joint Venture, the LEED-targeted complex is engineered to berth the world's largest Icon-class cruise ships and to process up to 7,000 passengers. It pairs a multi-level parking garage with an intermodal ground-transportation facility, reinforcing PortMiami's standing as the 'Cruise Capital of the World' through a public-private partnership between Miami-Dade County and Royal Caribbean Group.
