Set outside the resort's gates along State Road 54, the town center is planned around a landscaped roundabout and a pedestrian promenade, with ground-floor retail and dining, offices above, and roughly 465 luxury rental apartments plus a collection of townhomes. A second parcel on the resort grounds adds a 120-unit townhome community and 25,000 square feet of commercial space. The village is meant to give the resort, its newly reconfigured 27-hole Rees Jones golf complex and its surrounding neighborhoods a true main street, turning one of Tampa Bay's best-known resorts into a year-round destination with places to live, shop and dine at its front door.
