Sereno

Sereno is a 14-story boutique condominium and hotel by Integra Investments and Flying Point at 2901 Northeast 9th Court on Fort Lauderdale Beach, a short walk from the sand and set against Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by FSMY Architects + Planners with interiors by London studio 1508 London and landscape by Design Studio Boca, the approved program pairs 88 one- to three-bedroom-plus-den residences with a 113-room hotel, roughly 1,800 square feet of ground-floor retail and a separate four-story parking structure. The wellness-led amenity deck runs to a Technogym fitness studio, a yoga lawn, a pickleball court, a steam room, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor showers, with residences released through ONE Sotheby's International Realty. The site replaces an older low-rise beachside property, and the condo-hotel format is the third and most ambitious iteration the city has signed off on for the parcel.
