Seven Broadway is a planned 682-foot, 54-story residential tower on the quiet southern edge of Brickell, directly across from Cipriani Residences and beside the preserved hammock of Simpson Park. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with a bronze-hued frame, full-height glass, and horizontal banding, the roughly 400,000-square-foot tower is deliberately boutique: 113 residences split among 36 one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom, and 38 three-bedroom homes ranging from about 1,380 to 5,932 square feet, crowned by three full-floor penthouses on the top floors. Amenities include a rooftop pool with Biscayne Bay and skyline views. The tower is developer Ytech's follow-up to The Residences at 1428 Brickell.
