About the project

Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base is a waterfront central-business-district masterplan in Shenzhen's Nanshan District, spanning roughly 117 hectares with about 5.2 million square metres of planned floor area. Conceived as a cluster of corporate headquarters towers along Shenzhen Bay, the district is anchored by Zaha Hadid Architects' twin-tower Tower C, whose taller shaft reaches 394 metres and is set to become the tallest building in Nanshan and the third-tallest in Shenzhen. A steel skybridge links the two Tower C shafts, part of a skyline of supertall office, cultural, and mixed-use blocks framing the bay, one of southern China's largest single concentrations of headquarters-grade floor space.
