Owned by Gruppo Statuto and operated by Six Senses, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, the historic building is being transformed with interiors by London studio Tara Bernerd & Partners. The hotel holds close to 70 rooms and suites, several with private plunge pools, around a hidden internal courtyard, with a restaurant and deli, a rooftop bar, indoor and outdoor pools, and a Six Senses Spa with a 15-metre pool, saunas, steam room and cold plunge.
Six Senses lists Milan among its 2027 openings, scheduled for early 2027 in Brera after a late 2026 target.
