SoFi Stadium District

The SoFi Stadium District at Hollywood Park is Stan Kroenke's roughly 300-acre mixed-use destination in Inglewood, California, the largest urban development under construction in the western United States and the centerpiece of Los Angeles' return as a global sports capital. Developed by Kroenke Sports and Entertainment with HKS Architects leading the stadium design, the district is anchored by the 3.1-million-square-foot SoFi Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers and the NFL's first indoor-outdoor venue, alongside the Intuit Dome, the YouTube Theater and the new Hollywood Park Studios film and production campus. Around them the masterplan weaves a 12-acre lake, a 519,000-square-foot retail district spread across two dozen low-rise structures with lakefront dining, an outdoor recreation plaza and an open-air movie screen, plus creative office space, residential neighborhoods, parks and the on-site Kali hotel under Marriott's Autograph Collection. Retail and entertainment tenants include Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Cosm, JD Sports, the Residency Art Gallery and a Google Code Next lab, giving the district a daily-use identity between event days. Built on the former Hollywood Park racetrack at Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard, it is the venue for the Super Bowl, the College Football Playoff National Championship, FIFA World Cup matches and the Los Angeles Olympic Games.
