A $300 million, 13-story tower, it will open with 300 rooms, including 34 suites, and join Marriott's Autograph Collection under the management of Crescent Hotels and Resorts, developed by KPC Development Company. Guests land within walking distance of SoFi Stadium, the YouTube Theater, the Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum, and roughly four miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The property pairs a rooftop pool and yoga deck with a spa, a fitness center, three food and beverage concepts, and nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, positioning it as the hospitality anchor of one of Southern California's most active new entertainment destinations.
