Developed by KPC Development Company and operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts under Marriott's Autograph Collection, the 13-story tower holds 300 guest rooms including 34 suites, steps from SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater and about four miles from LAX. Amenities include a signature rooftop, a pool and yoga deck, a spa and fitness center, three food-and-beverage concepts, and nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, positioning the hotel to serve major sporting and entertainment events at Hollywood Park.
