Residents and guests share nearly half a mile of beachfront alongside pools, signature dining, spa and wellness amenities, and direct marina access on the Intracoastal. The masterplan reshapes one of Fort Lauderdale's most prominent waterfront sites into a five-star resort community anchoring the city's luxury coastline.
