Suzhou Zhongnan Center is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Suzhou Industrial Park lakefront in Suzhou, China, designed to rise roughly 1,640 feet across 103 floors with offices, luxury residences, and a hotel. Developed by Zhongnan Group with architecture by Gensler and East China Architectural Design & Research Institute and structural engineering by Thornton Tomasetti, its tapering form and sky lobbies were engineered for the demanding near-500-meter height class.
