The building is anchored by Sterling's Club, the city's first hospitality-led private members' club, occupying the second, sixth, and rooftop floors with more than 70,000 square feet of member-only experiences opening in late 2027. Sterling's brings a fully realized lifestyle ecosystem under one roof: a 23,000-square-foot Wellness Club with rooftop lap pool, hydrotherapy zone, infrared sauna, and hammam steam room; a collection of dining venues including Riva (rooftop pool restaurant), The Dining Room, The Champagne Bar, The Club Room, The Drawing Room library retreat, Jetlag speakeasy, and Boulevardier cigar lounge; plus nightly entertainment programming developed in partnership with Artis–Naples and Gulfshore Playhouse. Pre-construction memberships are active, with founding members already shaping the club's culture ahead of opening.
