The Carnelian

The Carnelian is a five-star boutique hotel now under construction in the heart of Naples, positioned steps from Waterside Shops and minutes from Seagate Beach. The building is anchored by Sterling's Club, the city's first hospitality-led private members' club, occupying the second, sixth, and rooftop floors with more than 70,000 square feet of member-only experiences opening in late 2027. Sterling's brings a fully realized lifestyle ecosystem under one roof: a 23,000-square-foot Wellness Club with rooftop lap pool, hydrotherapy zone, infrared sauna, and hammam steam room; a collection of dining venues including Riva (rooftop pool restaurant), The Dining Room, The Champagne Bar, The Club Room, The Drawing Room library retreat, Jetlag speakeasy, and Boulevardier cigar lounge; plus nightly entertainment programming developed in partnership with Artis–Naples and Gulfshore Playhouse. Pre-construction memberships are active, with founding members already shaping the club's culture ahead of opening.
