Rising as seven 35-story towers on a 12-acre site along NW 27th Avenue, it delivers 4,032 attainable studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences under Florida's Live Local Act, making it the largest Live Local Act project in Miami-Dade County. Residents share roughly 200,000 square feet of amenities, including coworking spaces, a learning center, an on-site urgent care facility, and ground-floor retail, positioning the development as a new model for workforce and attainable housing in South Florida.
