The Island at West Bay Club

The Island at West Bay Club is a single 24-story tower holding just 86 expansive residences inside the established, gated West Bay Club community in Estero. Floor plans run from roughly 3,300 to more than 6,200 square feet with three- and four-bedroom-plus-den layouts, wraparound terraces, and sweeping water and golf-course views across the Estero Bay estuary. Residents draw on West Bay Club's full amenity roster — a private Gulf-front beach club, an 18-hole championship golf course, a riverfront park and boat ramp, har-tru tennis, and a resort pool — complemented by the tower's own arrival lobby, fitness and social spaces. Developed by Kolter Urban, it is the first new high-rise within West Bay Club in more than a decade.
