The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences is an ultra-luxury oceanfront development on Cabbage Beach at Paradise Island, The Bahamas, expanding one of the Caribbean's most storied resorts into full-time private ownership. Developed by Two Roads Development with Access Industries alongside Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the roughly $300 million project places 67 turnkey residences across four low-slung beachfront buildings addressed at One Ocean Drive, directly beside The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort. SB Architects shaped the architecture around the site's colonial-Bahamian vernacular and its uninterrupted Atlantic frontage, while Champalimaud Design handled interiors and the amenity program. Floor plans run from two-bedroom oceanfront residences of roughly 3,100 square feet through four-bedroom homes, penthouses of about 5,458 square feet, and five-bedroom beach villas approaching 7,300 square feet of interior space with expansive private terraces and plunge pools. Owners receive full privileges at the adjoining resort along with a dedicated private amenity suite: an oceanfront pool deck with cabanas, a spa, a fitness and wellness center, co-working lounges, a members' cellar with individual lockers for wine, spirits and cigars, and a beachfront restaurant with private dining. Residences are managed and serviced by Four Seasons, with an optional rental program, and sit within walking distance of the resort's Versailles Gardens, the Tom Weiskopf-designed Ocean Club Golf Course, and the marina and dining district of Paradise Island.
