About the project

The Other House Belgravia is a 206-key luxury residents' club taking shape at 202-206 Buckingham Palace Road, on the site of the former Belgravia Police Station backing onto Ebury Square Gardens. Acquired by The Other Group after the Metropolitan Police vacated the building, the scheme by EPR Architects is a part-retention, part-redevelopment that keeps the majority of the existing structural frame and basement while remodelling the lower and upper levels and cores, a deliberately low-carbon approach to a substantial central London site. It follows the brand's South Kensington and Covent Garden houses in blending hotel, serviced apartment and private members' club into a single "club flat" model, where guests stay for a night or many months and share the building's social spaces as residents rather than visitors. The programme pairs the guest accommodation with a restaurant, bars, a gym and spa facilities, alongside lounges and work areas oriented toward the garden square. Its arrival adds a distinctly contemporary, wellness-led form of hospitality to one of London's most established super-prime addresses.
