The roughly three-acre estate, among Miami Beach's largest private developments, includes an exclusive beach club by the Milan-based restaurant group Langosteria, a spa, and pool amenities shared between residents and hotel guests. Positioned as the first tower to rise on Miami Beach's emerging 'Billionaire's Beach,' the more than $1 billion development is targeting completion in 2027.
