Deforma Studio leads the architecture and Miami-based RADYCA the interiors, wrapping a rock-and-roll design identity around a building that trades tower scale for a smaller, more textured luxury asset. Roughly 11,000 square feet of ground-floor and rooftop retail and food and beverage space activates the base and crown, and the amenity program leans into Wynwood's creative-district energy with a resort-style pool deck, fitness and social lounges.
