The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples is a six-acre waterfront branded condominium development rising at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Gulf Shore Drive, positioned between the Gulf of Mexico and Vanderbilt Lagoon. The project will deliver 128 residences across an offering that includes standard residences, penthouses, and grand penthouses — with the entire 11th-floor penthouse collection already sold out ahead of opening. Amenities total more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space anchored by The Vanderbilt Club, a 28,000-square-foot residents' facility with hospitality programming tailored to the Ritz-Carlton standard, alongside a private 22-slip marina facing Vanderbilt Lagoon and a landscaped arrival sequence that culminates in "Vivacious," a 30-foot stainless steel sculpture by Arkansas-based artist Hunter Brown installed at the entrance plaza in May 2026 as one of the final exterior additions to the development. Architecture is by Naples-based Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects (CGHJ), with interiors by Susurrus, landscape architecture by Booth Design Group, lighting design by JKM Lighting Design, and engineering by J.R. Evans Engineering; Suffolk Construction is the general contractor. The project is developed by STOCK Development and its luxury condominium division STOCK Residences. As of June 2026, exterior work is largely complete and crews are focused on final site improvements and closeout activities; opening is on track for fall 2026.
