The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach is a 27-story luxury condominium rising at 1717 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach's North Flagler District, a waterfront stretch just north of downtown that has become the city's most active branded-residential corridor. Developed by Related Group and BH Group in partnership with Marriott International, the tower holds 138 east-facing residences ranging from roughly 1,500 to more than 3,300 square feet, from two to four bedrooms, each with private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling glass and deep balconies framing unobstructed views across the Intracoastal Waterway to Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Arquitectonica designed the building, Rockwell Group curated the interiors and Naturalficial handled the landscape, with Italian cabinetry, European-inspired kitchens fitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, Hansgrohe fixtures and integrated smart-home technology inside the homes. The amenity deck stacks a bayfront pool terrace with private cabanas and summer kitchens, a fitness and wellness center with spa treatment rooms, private conference and coworking suites, a children's room, a golf simulator lounge, guest suites, entertainment lounges and outdoor terraces, plus a curated art program and Cove Club membership access, all backed by the full Ritz-Carlton service platform including 24-hour concierge and valet. Priced from about $3 million, it is one of the marquee projects driving West Palm Beach's luxury condominium boom.
