The Shore Club Private Collection is an ultra-luxury oceanfront enclave at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, developed by Witkoff and operated by Auberge Resorts Collection. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the roughly three-acre site, whose signature 20-story tower joins low-rise residential components and a boutique Auberge hotel, all built by Coastal Construction. The collection comprises just 49 expansive residences within a five-star resort environment, with Auberge white-glove service and amenities across the historic beachfront property.
