The St. Regis Kapalua Bay Resort is the renovation-led conversion of The Resort at Kapalua Bay, an oceanfront luxury property on roughly 25 acres at One Bay Drive in Kapalua, within the Kapalua Resort on Maui's northwest coast near Lahaina, Hawaii. Owned by Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners and now managed by Marriott International, the property has joined Marriott Bonvoy and is being repositioned under the St. Regis Hotels & Resorts flag, bringing the brand's signature butler service back to Hawaii. The resort comprises 146 expansive multi-bedroom, ocean-view branded residences ranging from about 1,774 to more than 4,050 square feet, used as hotel accommodations. Amenities include a 40,000-square-foot spa with 19 treatment rooms, a tiered lagoon pool, more than 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, access to Kapalua's championship golf and tennis, and direct frontage on Kapalua Bay beach, with the resort remaining open while the building-by-building renovation proceeds.
