The building extends The Standard hotel brand's design-led, social approach to condo living: amenities include a rooftop pool deck, The Standard Club Lounge and Cafe, coworking spaces, a tenth-floor spa with hammam, saunas and cold plunge, a bowling alley, screening room, pet spa and signature dining venues, with riverfront and skyline views throughout.
