Designed by OZ Architecture with interiors by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects, the nine-story building pairs 59 Auberge-branded guest rooms and suites with 95 private residences, including signature double-height rooftop barn homes inspired by traditional valley ranch architecture, plus underground parking and slopeside amenities.
Construction financing closed: Newmark arranged a $482.5M loan from GoldenTree Asset Management for The Stockman, Auberge Collection, the ski-in/ski-out hotel and 95 residences at the base of Steamboat Resort.
