Designed by OZ Architecture with interiors by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects, the property blends contemporary mountain design with a refined interpretation of Steamboat's Western heritage. Residences range from one- to five-bedroom homes including 13 rooftop "Barn" residences with double-height ceilings. Amenities include three culinary venues, a full-service Wellbeing by Auberge spa with thermal bathing, ski-butler service, and slope-side après-ski spaces. Groundbreaking is set for 2026 with a planned 2030 debut.
