The Stockman, Auberge Collection is Steamboat Springs' first ultra-luxury ski-in, ski-out resort and residences, a 450,000-square-foot mixed-use property at the mountain base developed by Marquee Development. Designed by OZ Architecture with interiors by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects, the nine-story building pairs 59 Auberge-branded guest rooms and suites with 95 private residences, including signature double-height rooftop barn homes inspired by traditional valley ranch architecture, plus underground parking and slopeside amenities.
