Wildair

Wildair is a boutique luxury condominium at 1830 Ski Time Square Drive in the Mountain Village base area of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, across from Steamboat Resort and roughly a five-minute walk from the ski lifts. A joint venture of Orion Real Estate Investment and Development and Blue Sage Ventures is building it, with Denver firm 4240 Architecture designing and Haselden Construction as general contractor. The building holds 20 residences in two, three and four bedroom layouts plus penthouses, ranging from about 1,400 to 4,000 square feet, with prices starting at $2.8 million. Owners share a private Owners Club with a lounge and fireplace, an outdoor terrace with fire pits, a fitness center, a pool and spa, ski lockers and private parking, and the ground floor carries about 2,180 square feet of commercial space. The developers assembled more than $100 million in financing, combining EB-5 capital arranged by Paragon Capital Group with C-PACE proceeds from Nuveen Green Capital. Completion is targeted for early 2029.
