Tierras Villas

Tierras Villas is a five-villa boutique retreat opening on Mononaftis Beach near Agia Pelagia in northern Crete, designed to read as a quiet extension of the hillside it sits on. Each villa is named after a natural element — Roē for water, Phos for light, Ryāki for fire, Terra for earth, and Anemi for air — with the architecture following the slope's contours in pale stone, raw wood, and earthy tones. Every villa carries a private pool, outdoor terrace, and sea views, organized around indoor-outdoor living. The experience centers on chef-led dining with daily breakfast, foraging excursions, and in-villa wellness treatments, with guests also given access to the Bath House Spa at neighboring Acro Suites.
