Tiger Sky Tower

Tiger Sky Tower is a 532-metre, 122-storey residential supertall rising beside Marasi Bay in Dubai's Business Bay, developed, designed and built in-house by Tiger Properties of Tiger Group as a roughly US$1 billion project billed as the world's tallest residential building. The glazed tower, shaded by metallic louvres, holds around 848 apartments in one- to four-bedroom layouts plus 18 penthouses, with the upper suites framing direct views of Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline. Its headline amenities are stacked near the crown: an indoor tropical rainforest at about 447 metres with walkways, huts and a zip wire, an adventure zone with a rollercoaster running through the canopy, an infinity pool at roughly 431 metres that the developer promotes as the highest in the world, a sky restaurant overlooking the pool and a rooftop park.
