Tiger Sky Tower is a 532-metre, 115-storey residential supertall by Tiger Properties on the Marasi Bay waterfront in Business Bay. Designed to claim a run of world records, it is planned to hold the planet's highest infinity pool, a sky restaurant, and an internal rainforest suspended more than 440 metres above the city, alongside roughly 848 apartments and penthouses. Stacked amenity decks bring wellness, dining, and leisure through the tower, with uninterrupted views toward Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
