Tokyo Dream Park is a large-scale entertainment complex developed by the broadcaster TV Asahi on the Ariake waterfront in Koto City, built by Shimizu Corporation across roughly 46,499 square metres. Its anchor is SGC Hall Ariake on the ground floor, a purpose-built live music venue holding about 3,700 seated or 5,300 standing, engineered for concert acoustics rather than adapted from a multipurpose arena, and pitched at both Japanese and international touring acts. Three floors up sits EX Theater Ariake, a roughly 1,500-seat house designed with unusually generous seat depth and carefully raked sightlines so that every position keeps an unobstructed view of the stage regardless of the occupant's height. Around the two venues the complex gathers flexible event space, television and production studios, restaurants and a landscaped rooftop plaza that opens the building's upper deck to the bay. The Ariake setting puts it within easy reach of both the Odaiba waterfront and Haneda Airport, roughly half an hour away on the Rinkai Line, positioning the complex as a new fixture on Tokyo's live entertainment circuit.
