Rising about 390 metres across 62 above-ground floors, it is set to become Japan's tallest building, developed by Mitsubishi Estate with Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei as lead architect alongside Sou Fujimoto Architects for the crown, Yuko Nagayama & Associates for the low-rise base and a landscaped public plaza. The mixed-use supertall combines premium offices, luxury residences, a Dorchester Collection hotel, cultural and hall space and a dramatic upper-level sky plaza, all constructed by general contractor Shimizu Corporation.
