Developed by PMG and LNDMRK Development, with architecture by CUBE 3 and interiors by BAMO, the project delivers furnished live-work residences with full short-term-rental flexibility, paired with about 26,000 square feet of retail and 32,000 square feet of amenities across a roughly 250,000-square-foot building. General contractor John Moriarty & Associates of Florida is building the project in the heart of one of Miami's most walkable, art-driven neighborhoods.
