Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with Carlos Ott, its landmark form stacks nine offset glass cubes, a composition inspired by the sculptor Alberto Giacometti, and houses 387 ultra-luxury branded residences above a 205-key five-star Waldorf Astoria hotel, the brand's first in the Miami market. Owners receive white-glove Waldorf Astoria hospitality, signature dining and resort-level amenities in what will be the tallest tower in the southeastern United States, overlooking Biscayne Bay and Bayfront Park.
