Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with Carlos Ott, its landmark form stacks nine offset glass cubes and houses 387 ultra-luxury branded residences above a 205-key five-star Waldorf Astoria hotel, delivering white-glove hospitality, signature dining, and resort-level amenities as the tallest tower in the southeastern United States.
