Office-tower massing and facades take cues from the historic Old Bund, scaled to the human experience while giving the district a dynamic, iconic new skyline. Sunken gardens, a central cultural spine, skywalks and landscaped terraces knit the plots together into a walkable, layered public realm connecting the towers to the waterfront. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox for Hongkong Land, it ranks among the largest single mixed-use undertakings on the Shanghai waterfront.
