About the project

Wild Spring Dunes is a 2,400-acre destination golf community in the piney woods of East Texas near Mount Enterprise, and the first Texas project from Dream Golf, the developer behind Bandon Dunes and Sand Valley. Its centerpiece is an 18-hole championship course by Tom Doak's Renaissance Golf Design, routed across dramatic sand-based dunes, natural springs, and brush-lined carries connected by a series of bridges. Long-range plans expand the resort to 36 holes with a second course by Coore & Crenshaw, plus a short course and on-property lodging, cabins, and homesites, positioning it among the most anticipated new golf destinations in the United States.
