Wynn Al Marjan Island is the UAE's first integrated resort, rising on a 60-plus-hectare island in Ras Al Khaimah's Al Marjan Island archipelago less than 50 miles from Dubai. Developed by Wynn Resorts with Marjan and designed by Wynn Design & Development, the 70-floor tower reaches 283 metres structurally and 352 metres with its spire, making it the emirate's tallest structure by more than 100 metres. It will offer roughly 1,530 rooms and suites alongside 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, five-star spa, multiple pools, a private beach, and a deep-water marina.
