Aman Group has just unveiled Janu Residences Al Marjan Island, 73 branded residences and five Marina Villas on the shores of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, directly beside Wynn Al Marjan Island, the region's first integrated resort, and roughly 43 miles from Dubai.

The homes run from 646-square-foot one-bedrooms to a 5,778-square-foot five-bedroom penthouse, alongside a 132-key Janu hotel, an 869-foot private beach and a superyacht marina, and the ground has already been broken, with construction underway since July 2026.

Janu Al Marjan Island is jointly developed by Marjan and Wynn Resorts and designed by SCDA Architects, pairing the 132-key hotel with a deliberately limited residential offering. The 73 residences will occupy the tower, topped by the five-bedroom penthouse, while the five Marina Villas will stand apart along the island's eastern shoreline, positioned for sunrise views over the Arabian Gulf. Janu itself is Aman Group's hotel, residence, and lifestyle brand, built around connection, wellbeing, and shared experiences, and the plans for Al Marjan Island are designed to balance privacy with connection.

The residences will open onto expansive terraces and private swimming pools, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the open sea and the Ras Al Khaimah coastline, and selected homes will carry double-height living spaces. Owners will arrive through a private entrance with a dedicated lobby, and a residents-only lounge and fitness center will be reserved for them alone. At the water, residents will have direct access to an 869-foot private beach and mooring at the island's superyacht Wynn Marina, which will accommodate yachts of up to 279 feet.

From there, the hotel's program takes over, with an 8,189-square-foot Janu Spa and Wellness Center, a fitness center, cryotherapy facilities, a padel court, and a 98-foot swimming pool. Six dining and entertainment destinations round it out, among them Hu Jing, Janu's signature Chinese restaurant, and a Beach Club on the sand.

Marjan and Wynn Resorts describe the July 2026 groundbreaking as part of a shared push to make Ras Al Khaimah a leading destination for luxury hospitality, residential living, and leisure.

The launch builds on a growing presence. Janu introduced Janu Residences, Dubai, earlier this year as its first residential offering in the United Arab Emirates, and Janu Tokyo, its debut property, was recognized among The World's 50 Best Hotels within two years of opening and holds two MICHELIN Keys, with further destinations coming in Turks and Caicos, Montenegro, and Saudi Arabia. Sales are being handled by private appointment at the Janu Al Marjan Island Sales Showroom while construction continues on the island.
