Ybor Harbor

Ybor Harbor is a 33-acre, 19-block waterfront redevelopment on former industrial land linking Tampa's Ybor City and Channel District, master-planned by developer Darryl Shaw and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. The mixed-use district weaves together residential towers, offices, retail, and hotels around a marina, more than 2,500 linear feet of public waterfront access, parks, and pedestrian promenades that reconnect the site to the Selmon Greenway and Tampa's broader waterfront system. Anchored by a planned waterfront soccer stadium for Tampa Bay Sun FC, the project is supported by a $35 million City of Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency package for seawall, roadway, and utility infrastructure, positioning Ybor Harbor as one of Tampa Bay's largest new urban neighborhoods.
