Artur Martínez's Michelin-starred tasting-menu restaurant, closed at the Hilton Diagonal Mar in June 2025, is set to reopen in a more central Barcelona location. The chef opened his Catalan tavern Trü on Còrsega in early 2026 while the new Aürt is prepared.
