Enrique Olvera and Casamata replace Atla with a restaurant and cocktail bar built around the after-dark energy of the bar at Cosme, with a sharing menu of raw and lightly cooked dishes and housemade tortillas. Sebastian Tollius, formerly of Eleven Madison Park, oversees cocktails, and Taller ADG is designing the interiors.
