The Madrid outpost of Il Bambini Club, already in Paris and London, will be a trattoria with a busy bar and open kitchen inside The Hoxton Madrid, set in the modernist landmark on Plaza de Santa Ana. The 192-room hotel also gets the Cayo Coco rooftop bar.
